Family Preservation Court

What is it?

The 22nd Judicial District Court’s Family Preservation Court is a program to help you and your children get back together and stay together. The program helps you recover from substance abuse through treatment, frequent drug testing, and monthly check-ins with court. We hope by working together we can help you break the cycle of addiction and build a better life for yourself and your children.
